A: There is no minimum order quantity for Backlit Film. Only Size matters.

It’s available in matte or glossy finishes, ensuring smooth light diffusion and sharp, glowing print quality that is perfect for both indoor and outdoor displays.
A: We highly recommend that our customers provide artwork.
However, should you need design service, our in-house designers can produce design artwork starting from RM35 per design.

A: Yes, we can issue a pro-forma invoice for payment in advance. Please provide your company details for this purpose.
A: Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer. Payment must be received before we can proceed with any printing.
A: Our typical lead time for this item is 2-3 working days. If you have a more urgent requirement, please contact us and we will always do our best to help it done as fast as 1 day.
Lead times may vary depending on the complexity and volume of your order. We will provide you with an accurate estimate once we have the details of your order.
A: Artwork for Backlit Film should be supplied in high resolution PDF format. All artwork should be supplied minimum 300 dpi with all fonts set to outlines. If applicable then Pantone reference should be stated.
Delivery
A: Yes we do provide delivery service for all orders above RM1000. We deliver to all over Malaysia. Free delivery is available for Klang Valley. (T&C Apply)
A: Yes we do. For customer outside Malaysia (Singapore & Australia) please request for a delivery quote before ordering. We do advise if the cost of shipping is going to be significantly more than the order.
A: We make a conscious effort to reduce our carbon footprint, so we do aim to combine deliveries and ship them together where possible.
A: Yes, we would be more than happy to do this but we would need this information when quoting or processing the order.
