A: Yes, we offer various printing options for our boxes. We have lithographic and digital printing capabilities.
This allows us to provide our customers with high-quality, custom-printed boxes that meet their specific branding and packaging needs
A: Once we have all the relevant information for your box & packaging requirements, we will usually provide quotes within 1-2 hours. However, complicated and unusual requirements may take longer time.
A: Our minimum order is 300 boxes. If you need printed samples before deciding on mass printing, you can order sample printing.
A: We will be able to provide a quotation quickly if we have the following information:
- Dimensions of the box (in mm)
- Gloss or matt finish
- Other additional finishings (Emboss/Spot UV/Stamping)
A: We highly recommend that our customers provide artwork.
However, should you need packaging design service, our in-house designers can produce design artwork starting from RM180 per design.
Order
A: Yes, we can issue a pro-forma invoice for payment in advance. Please provide your company details for this purpose.
A: Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer. Payment must be received before we can proceed with any printing.
A: Our typical lead time for an order is 5-7 working days. If you have a more urgent requirement, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.
Lead times may vary depending on the complexity and volume of your order. We will provide you with an accurate estimate once we have the details of your order.
A: Box and packaging artwork should be supplied in high resolution PDF format. All artwork should be supplied minimum 300 dpi with all fonts set to outlines. If applicable then Pantone reference should be stated.
A:Yes. We will send a proof to you. It will be based on the artwork you send us. If you have asked for a particular image size and/or positioning within the print area, it will be shown on the proof. It is vital that you check the proof thoroughly for content and positioning as you will be responsible for any errors (which can and do happen) if approved by you. We will always require a proof approval before we can proceed to print.
Delivery
A: Yes we do provide delivery service for all box and packaging orders. We deliver to all over Malaysia. Free delivery is available for Klang Valley. (T&C Apply)
A: Yes we do. For customer outside Malaysia (Singapore & Australia) please request for a delivery quote before ordering. We do advise if the cost of shipping is going to be significantly more than the order.
A: We make a conscious effort to reduce our carbon footprint, so we do aim to combine deliveries and ship them together where possible.
A: Yes, we would be more than happy to do this but we would need this information when quoting or processing the order.
